Dear Sir/Madam,
I just wanted to put pen to paper and ... give some credit where credit is due.
On the 18.8.15 I was admitted to your hospital for a hernia operation. I just wanted to convey to you my impression of the procedure.
Upon entering the facility, everything was well presented and easy to follow ... then to the pre admission room, very pleasant surrounds ... next was my doctor, Professor Muller. He greets me with a smile ... and did an excellent job.
Next I awoke in a pristine room with very little pain at all ... in my stay there for the night stay, I saw quite a few different nurses. All were very pleasant and accommodating. Doing their job well!
Dr Muller visited me in the morning and told me it all went well. I was able to tell him that I had been up and walking the corridors in NO pain!!
... So in closing, I'd just like to say the whole experience was world class!
